The tablet is huge, colours are amazing, I have no complaints, and would definitely recommend it.

The buttons are very easy how to figure out how to use, the display works great.
The pen works great and feel great. I especially enjoy how everything comes w/ the product like the glove, cleaning cloth, nibs, etc
I would definitely recommend this product as it's cheap for starting artists and works great.
But while the product works great I have to give this a 3-4 star because the customer service sucks. You could be waiting 1 - x amount of days waiting (excluding weekends) for one reply. Half the replies I got took 3 questions to answer my original question because it seemed like they were avoiding them
They only answer one question at a time to, so don't even try asking multiple questions at once, because you'll only have to ask again
(that was my customer service experience at least)
This is actually my first product switch from iPad to a pen display, and it is just fantastic. I use a Thunderbolt 4 cable to connect it to my laptop, and there's nearly no delay. The color is good, and it is as thin as my smartphone. 5-star rating! The only issue is that the included power adapter is in the Chinese standard, not the US standard. and It would be more convenient if we could also have the option to purchase a Thunderbolt 4 cable directly on the site. It would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly take note of these small details.
最後我想提，這是台灣品牌，我一開始是在日亞上面看到的，原本看到時還有點遲疑，不過當我在漫畫社辦看到一台學長留下來給大家用的D13盒子後面就寫MIT，再跟其他競品對比過價格後我就下單了，CP值超高，雖然是在海外出貨的，不過我用起來很開心！謝謝Artisul團隊！
